Donation disclosure

Colma Robotics Foundation is a California nonprofit corporation (EIN 42-3757637) and a tax-exempt public charity under Internal Revenue Code Sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2), effective July 9, 2026 (IRS determination letter dated July 22, 2026). Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors should consult a tax advisor.

Privacy

When you submit our Join or Contact forms, we email the information you provide (name, email, role or topic, city or area, and message) to hello@colmaroboticsfoundation.org so we can respond about Colma Robotics Foundation and Team 11976 — Gold Rush. We also keep a server-side log of submissions as a backup if email delivery fails.

We do not sell personal information. Online donations are processed by Givebutter; their privacy policy also applies to payment data handled on their platform.
