Colma Robotics Foundation

STEM through robotics.

We teach science, technology, engineering, and math the hands-on way — by designing, building, and programming competition robots. Colma Robotics Foundation advances STEM education on the Peninsula through community programs, beginning with Team 11976 - Gold Rush, our FIRST Robotics Competition team.

What we do

Where STEM meets the shop floor.

Compete

Students apply STEM skills to design, build, and program robots for FIRST Robotics Competition.

Learn

Real engineering, programming, and fabrication — not worksheets. No prior experience required.

Belong

Students work alongside mentors and peers in a supportive team environment on the Peninsula.

FIRST Robotics Competition

Team 11976 - Gold Rush

Our founding FRC program — a community team for Peninsula students interested in STEM, engineering, and competition robotics. You design and build a robot, write code, work with mentors, and compete at FRC events. No prior experience required.

Supported by Colma Robotics Foundation. Visit the team site for the latest — interest forms and sponsorship still live here.
